What area do you cover? 

We cover West Lothian and surrounding areas. Mileage is charged at £1 per mile for deliveries outside a 10 mile radius of EH53.

We offer free delivery within West Lothian and West Edinburgh. A small charge may apply to other hires. 

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured with public liability insurance, provided by AXA.

How much space do I need? 

Each tent sleeps one child and requires a space of 1.5m x 1.2m.

How long is the hire period? 

We guarantee a minimum 24 hour hire period!

We will usually deliver your camp package before noon and collect at noon the following day. We will contact you in advance to confirm the exact drop off and pick up times.

How long does it take to set up?

Set up should take around 30 minutes, dependent upon the size of the camp.

Can I use the indoor tents outside? 

Unfortunately not, they are not waterproof and are designed for indoor camping purposes only.

What's included in the price?

You can see what's included in each our our packages under each of the sections above. Our prices are based on self-set up - clients tell us this suits them best, and allows us to keep our prices low. Set-up costs can be provided if required. Each set up with vary dependent on your chosen theme and accessories may vary from those in photos. If you have specific theme requirements please ask us at time of booking.

How do I secure my booking?

Please message us directly to check availability for your selected date and book. We require a non refundable £30 deposit to secure a booking.

When is the balance payable?

Full payment of the remaining balance is required a week in advance of your booked date.

We also take a £30 damage deposit on delivery of your camp which will be refunded upon satisfactory collection. All hire equipment must be returned in full. Charges may apply for any missing or broken items on collection.

How do I make payment? 

Payment is collected via bacs transfer.
